Katsushika Hokusai with also some

background about MANGA being drawings capturing
the Essence of things based on the reality of things.
(or something like that, as far as I can read
my own quick notes)

Also because Suske & Wiske is rather familiar to me,
and I also recently posted about

Special Times, Special (Cartoon) Worlds
Where Stories Take Place....,  and because
(also on my WRITING-Blog I Wrote about things like

Special Powers, Portals
and Other Dimensions etc. etc.
this Vlog Peacked my Interest....,

A Character You Have Seen Before In A Previous Post !

As you will know I frequently like to have a Cup of Coffee, do some Journaling to continue to work on Ideas etc. etc. And to Continue to get ideas for for example our Online Web Strip ...., During one of My - Journaling Sessions - I Rember having Showed  this Cartoon Character   in one of our Previous Posts...., I also used this Character as a Cover-Image  for an In-Company Publication I Published for a Company I worked for,  and Wanted to Show It to You, Only I Couldn't (Yet) Find it However I did Discover an other One of this Cartoon you see here Below: As You Can See I also Added Some  Cartoon Effects to Suggest  Some Movement   and Speed......,  Some things don’t come closer when you chase them.
